Question Evidence for living or have lived together !!!

    Hi

Recently I applied for CPVV and the CO has asked for more Evidence for living or have lived together !!!

Currently we are staying together with my parents , so I don't have tenancy agreement or bills under my name.

I had already submitted an affidavit from my father that we are staying along with parents and also postmarked envelopes, documents of our online shopping where items were delivered in the same address, joint bank account statement...

Please advise what other documents I can submit ???

Waiting for more than last 2 years for my partner's visa, don't know what else to submit.

Hey - sorry to hear about your troubles. Have you looked at this INZ page?

    https://www.immigration.govt.nz/new-...ly/partnership

You might come up against issues with this:

Living together means sharing the same home as your partner.

    This does not include:

    - spending time in each other’s homes while you each maintain your own home
    - sharing accommodation while on holiday
    - living as flatmates in the same house.

My partner had her residency visa approved while we were living with my parents, so we didn't have a tenancy agreement either.

We asked them if we could add our names to some of their bills like the electricity, so we included that. We also had a shared phone plan in both our names, so included those bills. We included things like signing up to the library with the same address, grocery receipts that showed we paid with our joint account, big joint purchases, mail, etc. The CO didn't ask for anymore evidence than that.

When a CO asks for 'more', it doesn't necessarily mean s/he wants more, different, evidence. It can mean s/he needs to see some recent proof of the same things, i.e. showing that your arrangements are still the same since the application went in.
