Default Buying Electronics en Route to NZ

    Good Morning from the UK.

When we finally make to move back to NZ, we arent intending to bring much with us.
We will be haveing a short stopover in Singapore on our way.
It is cheaper to buy electronics (digital camera, laptop, mobile/cell phone, coffee maker) in Singapore and have them shipped to NZ, of wait till we get to NZ? I understand places like The Warehouse are always having sales, but is the cost of electronics still high in NZ?

    Thanks in advance.

Don't forget about the NZ Customs. At this link https://www.customs.govt.nz/personal...z-permanently/ you'll find mention of the concession allowed to those bringing in their own property when moving permanently, BUT this doesn't apply to new items, so anything you bought in Singapore on the way would attract customs duty.
