Try to apply for the 2nd phase Residency 2021

Hi , I'm trying to apply for the Residency 2021 but I have this message appear ALERT
You must be in Niue or the Cook Islands when you submit your application. If your visa is granted, it will only be valid for travel to New Zealand from Niue or the Cook Islands. You must have been in Niue or the Cook Islands for at least 14 days immediately before travelling to New Zealand. Please see our website for more information.

And I'm not from those countries or there at the moment? Someone know about it ?

Contact the call center -- sounds like something may be broken on INZ's end.

INZ has (as of 09:00 NZST) an unplanned system outage affecting Phase 2 applications for the 2021 Resident Visa (amongst others), so something's definitely broken there.

I suggest retrying as soon as things are online again: things will likely be working normally then.
