Partnership Visitor Visa Timeframe 28 months? Really?

Hi All,

I am a New Zealand Citizen and My wife is in India at the moment. She is gonna apply for her visa under the Partnership visitor visa category but It is showing 28 months time frame on the immigration website. Is it true? or Technical error?

Don't read too much into that. Current quoted Visitor Visa processing timelines are way out, due to a) the impacts of the New Zealand border closure and b) most recent Visitor Visa applications have been made by people within New Zealand, who often have more complicated circumstances than those applying for a Visitor Visa offshore, and their application processing times are therefore longer.
