    Default Visa Transfer help

    Hi guys,
    I need to transfer my visa and my daughter's visa (PR) to new passports as the old passports are expired. I am the principal applicant.
    Should I complete two forms (one for each person) or only one form?
    If one form is enough for us where should I put my daughter's information?

    I am a little bit confused. Thanks in advance for your help

    If more than one family member is requesting a visa transfer at the same time, a separate completed application form and a separate fee is required for each person requesting a transfer.

    Two forms, one for each passport. I've done this multiple times for my family.
