    Default Pv to prv

    i have applied for permanent resident visa after fulfilling 2 years resident visa conditions. i couriered my documents to Penrose Drop box. My friend told me i was supposed to send them to Manukau branch. I couriered my documents on Monday 23/01/2023 and i haven’t received any acknowledgement letter nor money got deducted from account. Whereas my friend dropped off documents at Manakau drop off on Wednesday and his money got deducted from his account on Friday 27/01/2023.
    Could someone advice how long will it takes for PRV paper based files to be picked up or Do i need to resend to Manakau Branch?
