    Default To bring recently married spouse to NZ

    Hi,

    My friend got married on January in Indonesia after a long distance relationship. After a month, he left and now he plans to bring his wife to join him here in NZ. He's a NZ Resident. Pleas advise what visa she needs to apply. They only had a chance to live together for a month after the wedding. Should he apply for Culturally Arranged Marriage Visitor Visa? Or any other visa? Thanks

    The first thing he should do is to check the information from the INZ website (see here https://www.immigration.govt.nz/new-...e-visitor-visa), to see if his circumstances fit the requirements of that visa.
