Wanted 3 bedroom house Central Hamilton by the river or Raglan

Hello everyone

Just arrived last friday from France and started work in Central Hamilton this monday (I'm a geotechnical engineer).

I am looking for a 3 bedroom house to rent referably furnished, preferably with wooden floors (I get allergies) and preferably by the river. It is probably a long shot but one never knows.

We are a family of 4, my partner and our daughters are joining me in late june. Of course we don't have any credit history and have owned our homes in France over the last 10 years. However, I have a good salary and we also have confortable rental incomes from France, our budget is 750$/week.

I would also consider living in Raglan and commute everyday if we find anything suitable.

I think you will be able to find a good option for your budget (I’m just not sure about the river). Good luck searching!
