Hello,

Does anybody have any idea how can we deal with this issue? I do not want to continue in the house I am in and the matter is I have psychological and health problems. This area is really quiet and humid and the windows are not double glazed. i did not think that this might be happened the landlord asked me that time if we are unhappy let him know before renting. but how can I assess before going to house. I play with my health in this house. Another reason for accepting to reside here is that really finding house specifically for foreigners even with work contract is hard at least in wellington! I never and will not ever believe that this country has this problem!

Anyone any idea about terminate contract for firm reason?
