One month ago I applied for residency and after a few days automatically I receive email to send 1209 form. Now my office directly emails me 1200 form to be sent. They seem to be same actually why they need it? I actually send 1209 form to a skilled migrant email as we cannot submit through portal we need to send by email. Is it good to ask the officer again that they receive 1209 as well or it would have bad effect? I will complete inz1200 for sure but curious!
