How to transfer my residence visa to new passport and how to lodge PR application?

To members of ENZ,

I got my residence electronic visa July 2022,
I got new passport and I struggle on where can I lodge the application to transfer my residence visa to my new passport.
I have checked all the immigration website and I am very confused on how to transfer my visa.

I have lodged in https://online.immigration.govt.nz/
However, no option for visa transfer.

I do not know where can I upload all my documents.
I also do not even know where can I lodge the application for Permanent Residence as well.
And when can I start lodge for PR visa.

Is there anyone that can help me on how to transfer my eVisa to new passport?
I will call the immigration phone center, meanwhile.

You've found the answer to the visa transfer, but for the Permanent Resident Visa, see here:

Note that, at the end of January 2024, you will have the ability to apply for a Permanent Resident Visa online. Until then, it will remain a paper application. The paper option will remain for those unable or unwilling to submit an online application.

I am confused about time line for Permanent Residence visa requirements

I got my residence visa on 22 July 2022.
So, I can lodge my Permanent Residence on 25 January 2024 if I always staying in New Zealand?

No, because one of the requirements is that you have to have held residence for two full years. See here https://www.immigration.govt.nz/new-...-resident-visa where it says Resident visa status.
