I just want to move CBD. However, before that I want to be sure about sth that is confusing for me. I want to pay yearly for the parking but I could not find exact info. Does anybody know how much should I pay if consider living in mount victoria? Can I always park in the area? What are the problems? I have no idea whether this parking makes problem for me that I want to go live in the city

I used to live there, and there are some major issues with parking spots. The good news are that the transport links are perfect, so you barely will need your car. But I suggest you look for buildings with underground parking.
They actually have far too many restrictions. I was penalized even for vaping in my residential building hall, which is cruel.
