Citizenship timeline in 2024

Hi all,

just wanted to give a quick update on our timeline - maybe that's helpful for others waiting for a message from DIA:

We as a family of 3 have submitted on 16/05/2024 and have received approval (out of the blue) this week. I suspect we have been part of the group that has benefited from the additional automatic checks.

Now awaiting our ceremony invite for Auckland - probably February?

We're almost the exact same, 3 family members, approval a few days ago, just waiting for ceremony details

Congrats on the approval! February for the Auckland ceremony sounds about right, based on what others have reported.

January processing snapshot is finally out (our public servants had quite the Christmas break).

All of January/February 2024 is currently allocated, and any unallocated March 2024 applications should be allocated this month. I'm expecting a decent dent to be made in the unallocated April 2024 applications as well.

I am in a similar situation. But the photo I uploaded does not meet the requirements. I added new pic the my application . Let us if you hear any news

It's funny but I had similar issue with my passport-size photo also! I've uploaded the wrong photo, therefore didn't meet one of the photo technical requirements and realized that 5 months later! So decided to withdraw (received full refund) and reapply again due to my mistake and also I've cropped one of my documents when it clearly said not! LOL

I did hear back from DIA yes, and you, any updates ?

Also, I've seen so many approvals since I've posted here, back in June 2024. Congratulations all!
