dependent child permanent residence visa
Hi! My dad has been here in New Zealand for 4 years already, and last 2022 he applied for residence visa and included us (his family) in his application. We were granted a residence visa Last Oct 2022. My dad has been in nz while the application was approved, meanwhile my brothers and I, including my mom were overseas and a year later (2023 of aug) we joined our dad here in Nz.
In my condition, I entered NZ last aug 2023 and went back overseas after a month (sept 2023) because my grandmother was diagnosed a serious illness and I want to be there for her during treatment. I am set to go back to NZ this July since I applied for Uni semester 2. This year, my dad will also be applying for his Permanent resident visa, I just wanted to ask if he can include us, especially me, in his application although we haven't complied with the 184 days a year in 2 years.
