Default Third party check is done after 9 months! Now what?!

    Hello,

Thanks for all guys here helping me. Our third party check is completed after exactly 9 months. I got email like this. Does this mean it is Ok?! Stressed out! It was SMC application 1st of September 2023!
They need a few documents as time passed too much to see we have same situation.

Thank you for your patience regarding the processing of your resident visa application. I am pleased to advise that the third-party checks required for your application have now been completed.

Due to the time taken for the third-party check response, we need you to confirm if there is any change of circumstances that may impact the assessment of your application. This may include but not limited to changes to your family composition, marital status, health, character, employment, and dependency of your children.

Please note that the following additional documents are required should any of the below situations apply:

THIS IS A TABLE OF TWO COLUMNS WITH FIRST SITUATION SECOND DOCUMENTS.

Everything is same for us just they need us to show we are working same places and also living together.

So, if this means everything Ok now how long should we wait? another 9 months?!

It will take as long as it takes, and not a moment sooner or later.

Your answers are tricky with no info always my friend! Would appreciate not to kindly answer if you have no idea . Maybe people who applied recently or got residency recently provide better info. Answers such as not a moment later or sooner is very strange

It's a factual answer. Comparing with someone else won't help. Your case and theirs may be being worked in different offices, with the officials having different time pressures, such as new staff in training, or work transferred on from other departments. We who are not there are not able to know or tell all the details, even as a guess.

Thanks for those who helped me. My residency is approved, and passport sent.
