Partnership Work Visa query
Hi team
If my partner was issued a Partnership Work Visa for 1 year, can she apply for another year?
Typically, the partnership work visa is valid for 2 years if you have lived together for 12 months. However, since we had only lived together for 4 months when we applied, she was granted a 12-month visa. I assume we can apply for another partnership work visa before this one expires and get an additional 12 months?
They already have substantial evidence from the first application, so i assume the 2nd round we don't need as much - just proof we are still together, living together, etc - they probably don't need the entire history of our relationship this time round eh?
TLDR: Can we apply for the same visa again? since she was given 12 months not 24 months.
cheers

I am assuming that you are either a New Zealand citizen or a residence class visa holder yourself, and if this is the case immigration instruction WF2.1 answers your question (specifically WF2.1(c)).
