Transfer PR Visa to New Passport as eVisa

I am a PR holder. My passport recently expired, so I applied for a new passport. Post that, I applied for a transfer of Visa to my new passport through eVisa.

It has been 2-weeks since I applied for the Visa transfer, and I still have not received any update. I tried checking the timeline for a Visa transfer process, but couldnt find it anywhere

Please let me know how much time it takes to transfer Visa to a new passport?

Just from my experience, you can call them and request an urgent transfer if you have a genuine reason.

Has anyone got their PR transferred to their new passport recently and can share how long it took them? I noticed that INZ have removed the processing time info for eVisa transfer. I have just applied for a new passport, which will take 3-4 weeks to arrive. As per INZ customer care, it's taking about a month for eVisa transfer. At that rate, I might not be able to travel overseas in December. My flights are already booked for return to NZ on 22-Dec. Has anyone tried requesting expedited processing and did it work?

Got my PR visa transferred to the new passport no. Took only 3 days. Submitted the online application in 2-Oct and received the updated visa today.
