I'm a software developer in the US. I'd like to avoid immigrating and job hunting at the same time, so I'd like to find a job at a company that hires both US and NZ developers. (Not necessarily the same role in both places, an internal transfer is still easier than switching companies.) I've had a look at the job boards, but it's like searching for a needle in a haystack, so I'm thinking of trying to find a recruiter to help me focus my search. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction to find someone who could help?
