    Default Jeyes Fluid Equivalent

Hi, possible dumb question ahead! What is a possible US equivalent to Jeyes Fluid ?
I was reading various threads about moving, (instead of working on our move ) most recently Steveie D and his tent. Sounds like a great thing to have around from everything I read the Uk-ers using it for...here's an excerpt from the link:
"Jeyes Fluid can be used for a multitude of outdoor cleaning tasks,
from neutralising odours and killing bacteria in and around drains,
to disinfecting after pet fouling or clearing up wild and domestic
bird mess. It is also perfect for clearing fungi, mould and algae
from paths, driveways and patios as well as cleaning and disinfecting
    pots prior to planting."

As far as I know the US has a different cleaner for each of these issues
Please help me get back on track!

IT is also quite a gooey brown and turns milky when you add to water. It must have made the company a fortune during the recent foot and mouth epidemic in the British Isles because every farm I had to visit in my job was stinking of the stuff! There were troughs in the lanes for cleaning wellington boots, and we even had to get special disposable coveralls on, then get sprayed with the stuff....

Don't know of any US equivalent though Ana....

I am definitely putting a few bottles in the container because it is so versatile.

You may find this past thread on Jeyes Fluid helpful.
