I've only been here 8 years.....
Actually the ones we dealt with in Tawa were really good.
Harcourts agents but a small team of 5 who all work together well.
Not too pushy - although we didnt havve a house to sell. So not sure about that side of things.
THe head honcho Steve was great to deal with...

for domestic dwelling type of agents we had a little bit to do with a guy called Roger Hales at Harcourts and he seemed a good guy, but we have a really good lady for commercial buildings.
her name is Diane Peterson from Ford Baker 1st National here in Christchurch.

Metro Realty in Dunedin were really good for us - they had a good range of houses in the areas we were interested in, and were very professional also.
