The September 2020 Barfoot and Thompson rental report stated that, in the Auckland Central suburbs, Aucklanders are paying around $657 per week for a three bedroomed property and $524 for a two bedroomed property.
The report also stated that in the city centre, Aucklanders are paying around $1,041 per week for a three bedroomed property and $612 for a two bedroomed property. (There are relatively few three bedroomed properties in this area.)
